No more sampling – induced segregation of samples. Samples can be taken anywhere in the truck, regardless of the truck size, even down in the bottom of the live bottom trailers used in some states. T-REX can take up to a 50-pound sample in one bite. “Safer Sampling” means the technician never has to lean over the side of the truck bed, never has to climb down into the truckload of hot asphalt mix trying to find the best spot to take sample. And, they never have to carry a heavy bucket full of hot mix down a ladder. T-REX drops the sample into a sample collection device, where it is divided into 4 easy-to-carry buckets. The basic T-REX Sampler sells for $9950.00. It’s designed to sit on a pedestal mounted at the end of a sampling rack. We offer pedestals, engineering drawings for the concrete foundation, our 4-way sample collector and even a trailer mounted T-REX for use with portable asphalt plants or in plants that don’t need one full time.
