Customer Appreciation Month Official Rules

Only members of HMA Lab Supply Rewards are eligible to participate. Any member who makes a purchase in July 2024 will automatically be entered into HMA's Customer Appreciation Month drawing for a chance to win one of the four prizes listed below. Each week, a winner will be randomly selected from the pool of Loyalty Rewards members who have made a purchase during that specific week. For instance, the Week 1 winner will be chosen from those Rewards customers who made a purchase between July 9th and July 15th. Each member is allowed only one entry per day. However, if a Rewards member makes multiple purchases on different days within the same week, they will receive an equivalent number of entries for that week's drawing. For example, if a member makes a purchase at 10 am and another at 3 pm on the same business day, they will be awarded one entry into the drawing. Furthermore, if a member makes a purchase on Tuesday and another on Wednesday, they will receive two entries. Members will receive an automatic entry for each week they make a purchase, and there are no limits on the number of entries per member as long as the purchases are made on different days. The winners will be randomly selected from the pool of names and promptly notified by a dedicated HMA staff member every Tuesday. The first winner will be chosen on Tuesday, July 16, 2024, the second winner on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, the third winner on Tuesday, July 30, 2024, and the fourth winner on Tuesday, August 6, 2024.
