18 Cubic Ft Despatch® LBB Series Bench Oven

The Despatch LBB2-18 is a large-capacity forced-convection laboratory oven designed for drying, conditioning, heating, and materials-testing applications. Its 18 cu. ft. chamber provides substantial capacity for asphalt, aggregate, soils, and other construction-materials laboratories while maintaining a maximum operating temperature of 400°F / 204°C.

Lab Manager's Tip

The LBB2-18 is a useful middle ground between smaller laboratory ovens and the larger 27 cu. ft. units. When sizing an oven for asphalt work, consider usable shelf area and allowable shelf loading in addition to total cubic-foot capacity—large pans can consume usable space quickly.
