Available in multiple chamber sizes, these units are particularly useful for asphalt laboratories that need to bring specimens to a controlled test temperature and maintain uniform conditions before testing.

Lab Manager's Tip

Conditioning temperature is an important part of repeatable asphalt performance testing. Allow specimens enough time to reach equilibrium throughout the entire sample—not just at the surface—before beginning the test. For higher-volume BMD labs, size the chamber around the number of specimens that must be conditioned simultaneously rather than simply selecting the smallest chamber that will physically hold them.
