Soil Cement Mold Set

The Soil-Cement Mold Set is designed for preparing cylindrical soil-cement specimens for compressive strength testing in accordance with ASTM D1632 and ASTM D1633. The mold assembly allows a predetermined quantity of soil-cement mixture to be initially consolidated with a tamping rod and then compacted to the required specimen length using a dropping-weight compactor.

Built around a durable seamless steel mold, this complete set provides the primary mold components needed for consistent laboratory preparation of soil-cement specimens. It is ideal for geotechnical, construction materials, DOT, and research laboratories performing strength testing of cement-stabilized soils and bases.
