InstroTek SmartLoader Universal Load Frame – IDEAL-CT, TSR, SCB & BMD Testing

The InstroTek SmartLoader is a variable-speed universal load frame designed to consolidate multiple asphalt and soil loading tests into one compact laboratory system. It comes preprogrammed for several Balanced Mix Design tests and can operate in both load and displacement control, making it a versatile platform for laboratories performing IDEAL-CT, IDEAL-RT, SCB, TSR, Marshall, and direct-shear testing.

The value of the SmartLoader is its versatility. Instead of dedicating separate load frames to individual BMD procedures, a laboratory can use one platform and change fixtures as testing requirements evolve. When quoting one, identify the customer's current and anticipated test methods so the correct fixtures can be packaged with the frame.
